*Negotiate, draft, and finalize agreements and contracts on behalf of the company, including customer and vendor agreements, construction contracts, lease agreements, NDAs, IT agreements, manufacturer agreements, hauling/transportation agreements, letters of intent & purchase agreements for assets, and government contracts.  *Advise on contract issues, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with the various agreements and contracts. *Draft new, and update existing, contract forms for the company. *Assist with managing mergers and acquisitions, including performing and coordinating due diligence and attending to closing matters and follow up integration work.
